Monterey Herald…Marina >> Marina Vista Elementary School will be going through some dramatic changes at the start of the next school year. The Turnaround Arts: California program announced Marina Vista was one of 10 high-need elementary and middle schools selected to be part of a network throughout the state using the arts to support student learning and school improvement efforts.
